With eight years of experience in the treatment field, Amber’s career began as a resourceful case manager before transitioning into a clinical role, providing valuable support to individuals and families. In her current endeavor, Amber is actively engaged in educating and advocating for treatment resources across various communities in Colorado, aiming to enhance accessibility for all. Currently pursuing a double major in psychology and business, she aspires to instigate positive change within the behavioral health system.

Amber is an accomplished professional with a proven track record in outreach, program
development, and strategic planning. Currently serving as the Outreach & Special Projects
Coordinator at Foundry Treatment Center Steamboat, She excels in coordinating education events, developing marketing strategies, and expanding referral portfolios. Certified as an Addiction Specialist, her skills include collaborative teamwork, program development, solution-oriented problem-solving, and proficiency in EMR/CRM systems.

Amber, drawing from her own lived experience and recovery journey, is not just a professional
advocate but also a person who understands the challenges firsthand. Beyond her advocacy efforts, she finds joy in embarking on new adventures with her partner and two-year-old daughter, whether in the backyard or through softball, camping, and traveling. Her commitment extends to quality family time and engaging in creative DIY projects at home. Amber’s journey reflects a profound dedication to making behavioral health treatment resources more accessible and fostering positive change within the community.
